ABOUT ME
Welcome to My Practice!
I am a qualified remedial massage therapist with a diploma in remedial massage and experience at Jan Juc Chiropractic Clinic. My treatments include remedial massage, dry needling, cupping, and gua sha, and are deeply influenced by Eastern healing modalities such as Chinese medicine, which I am currently studying. In addition to my passion for healing, I am also a dedicated musician. I have had the incredible opportunity to play guitar for Jimmy Barnes and also tour the world and receive ARIA nominations with my own band. Before embarking on my journey in remedial massage, I also worked as an architect, bringing a unique perspective to my practice and an eye for detail. I look forward to helping you achieve your wellness goals through personalized and holistic treatments.
MODALITIES

MASSAGE
Remedial massage therapy, combined with joint mobilization and trigger point release, effectively reduces pain and improves mobility. By targeting muscle tension, restricted joints, and specific pain points, this holistic approach enhances flexibility, circulation, and overall function. It’s a powerful treatment for chronic pain, injury recovery, and maintaining optimal physical health.

CUPPING
Cupping therapy uses suction to relieve muscle tension, improve circulation, and promote healing. By placing cups on the skin, it creates a vacuum that draws blood flow to the area, helping to reduce pain, inflammation, and stiffness. Cupping is an effective treatment for chronic pain, muscle recovery, and enhancing overall wellness.

DRY NEEDLING
Dry needling is a precise technique that targets trigger points to relieve muscle tension and pain. By inserting fine needles into tight or knotted muscles, it stimulates healing, improves circulation, and restores function. Ideal for treating chronic pain, injuries, and musculoskeletal issues, dry needling enhances mobility and overall well-being.

GUA SHA
Gua sha is a traditional technique that involves scraping the skin with a smooth tool to relieve muscle tension and enhance circulation. This therapy breaks up fascia, reduces inflammation, and promotes healing, making it effective for treating pain, stiffness, and stress. Gua sha also supports immune function and overall well-being.
